Gamification

hello guys,
I am getting problem in gamification of the website.I have tried but I didn’t get any results.
Basically people get points when they sign up, every time they post comments, articles, videos, pics, bring on new members, etc. there is a place this is recorded and they can view their points accumulating and then use the points to trade in for rewards, for example a gift card to a restaurant, etc.
Is there any solution for that? or is there any plugin which will help me? please help me.
