Gaming Website Question

I am making a website with a lot of free games. I want the people that get on my website to be able to navigate easily and find all those games. Now, each game is in a page on its own. So I will end up with a lot of pages maybe thousands. How can I go about making some sort of navigator with a lot of thumbnails and each thumbnail says the games name and you click on it to go to the game and play it? What plugin can do this or how can I go about doing this? Because I tried making this on my own and I cannot put all the games in one page each thumbnail forces the other one beneath it, besides it takes so much work.. Is there some sort of flash navigation box that I can use?
