Gap between toc items too small sometimes

Hi,

This plugin is awesome! However, I’m noticing that the line gap between H2 and H3 headings is far too small and appears very cramped on the page. It’s kind of an eyesore to have to look at when I want to include H3 headings in my toc. Is there a way to edit the paragraph/line spacing for toc items?
