We’re truly sorry the update to v5 has left you with this experience. That’s not the outcome we want, and we understand how frustrating it must be when something that used to work well suddenly feels broken.
We’ve already restored important features like custom scheduling, backup history, and ZIP/TAR archive formats. Hourly backups are now possible again, and we’re actively working on bringing back support for multiple custom backup jobs—something many users have asked for.
