Gate based on URL

I am looking to implement this on a site that will be presenting posts on specific topics. However, for email purposes, we want to be able to send out different links and based on the promo code, have it use the gate or not.

For instance:

http://url.com/post-name?Promo=GEHA18C would be gated

But if they click or visit this link

http://url.com/post-name?Promo=GEHA18B it would display without the gate.

Is that possible through this plugin? Or would I have to handle that otherwise?
