    Hi support, Im using Dokan for my website. When i log in into my Dokan log, i see the Gateway Fee column are RM0.00. How do i set the Gateway Fee?

    Hello @ziyadd,

    The gateway fee can not be set manually. Currently, the gateway fee is counted when the order is paid using PayPal. The PayPal gateway fee amount will be shown in that field.

    Hi, thank you for the reply. Currently, my website doesn’t use PayPal. Is there any solution that i can do instead of using PayPal? Is there any other payment gateway that support it?

    Hello @ziyadd ,

    At the moment we are supporting Paypal only. Later we will include Stripe for this gateway fee.

    Other payment methods are still not considered but we are open to suggestions.

    Hi, how about local payment gateway? Can it support the gateway fee? Or still need use Paypal?

    Hello @ziyadd ,

    I am sorry if my message was not clear.

    The Gateway fee now only works for Paypal. It will not show the data for any other payment methods. So, if you use your local payment gateway it will not show the Gateway fee on the Reports page.
