On my WordPress site, which uses a Multisite configuration. After installing this plugin, I encountered a problem that prevents me from installing any other plugins. Trying to access the network plugin management page (/network/plugins.php) results in a Gateway Time-out error (Error code 504).

What could be the reason for this error?

  • Hello @kadai,

    Please, disable this option:
    • WordPress Admin Page → Settings → Security by CleanTalk → General Settings → category Firewall → turn off the option “Check plugins and themes archives before install” → Save Changes.

    Then clear your website cache.

    Did it help?
