    Don’t get this plugin unless you’re really comfortable with short codes. Even then, good luck. I tried for several hours to get my testimonials to show correctly in a widget – it never happened. I even copied and pasted the short code from the demo site as a test and it still didn’t show right.

    Maybe this plugin just doesn’t work well with new themes.

    Well you should try this plugin again. They have a demo site for the shortcode plugins. Here’s the link: http://demos.wpmission.com/strong-testimonials/examples/all-testimonials/

    Thanks @mariz for the support!

    @dinosupafly, version 1.21 offers a much simpler way to set up testimonials called Views. They’re like a widget all grown up. This version also includes new templates (with more coming) that may match themes better without extra CSS.

    Please consider it if you’re ever looking for another testimonials plugin.

    Either way, thanks for your honest critique. It helped me improve the plugin.
