    Hi,

    Does Pinnacle or the Kadence Toolkit plugin collect any identifiable user data or are subject to GDPR in any way? Also, for the Kadence affiliate program, is there any working, links to privacy policies, etc that we need to use?

    Hey,
    Only the contact form in the contact page template which is included in the Kadence toolkit. That form doesn’t store any data but it does collect data from a user and email it to the email address in the settings. Meaning that your email inbox is technically storing that data for you to respond to the contact request.

    While I am not in any way suggesting legal counsel, from what I read this is most likely not in the scope of the GDPR but you should decide for yourself how you want to handle a contact form.

    In terms of our affiliate program, we use cookies to track the user if they come in from an affiliate link. We will update our privacy policy before the 24th with how those cookies are handled.
