this plugin has nothing to do with GDPR. It only inserts the code(s) you configure.
You need to check GDPR compliance/requirements for the ads / codes you are inserting.

So, just to be sure, this plugin doesn’t use any cookie at all, right? And it doesn’t do any statistics on IP addresses, even if in anonymous way, right?

The plugin itself does not use cookies except for Ad Blocking detection when you use delayed action. In this case a cookie is used to store the number of pageviews.
Of course, it doesn’t do any statistics on IP addresses.

So I suppose that cookie is something like a technical data and it doesn’t use personal data. Both are managed in a different way.
However, the GDPR has new indications for the old cookie law, so we still have to include it in our cookie policy where there is the list of all the type of cookies used (with their weird names) and the explaination of what they do.
Of course, as explained, only the number of pageviews is stored. Actually three cookies are used for ad blocking detection (depending on the settings):
aiADB, aiADB_PV, aiADB_PR
Again, no personal data is stored.
