Is the plugin affected by GDPR?

no. the plugin itself does not collect any data. depending on your use case, you need to make sure your site is https and add opt-in checkboxes and stuff yourself to the form in order to comply with gdpr.
I site is now using HTTPS. Their data is emailed to me using secure SMTP and I delete their email once I have replied to them.
So I think things are OK. Cool!
