Hello!

For some inexplicable reason it has become a common practice to require a cookie acceptance using a pop-up and argue, that the GDPR by EU requires that. Actually the GDPR lists several cases, when the collection of private data is acceptable, and only one of them is by explicit consent. For further information read the GDPR at

Thanks for sharing this information with people. It’s absolutely correct. GDPR does not require cookie permissions for “essential cookies”. Here’s a link to more details if people want to read the actual requirements.

At PrintFriendly Pro only use “essential cookies” to save the end users text size, page-size.
