right now we do not have an integration with the WP Export/Delete Personal Data feature. We want to add it soon but right now i am afraid i cannot tell when will it be available.
In the meantime, if a user will ask for his data export you could use some third party export plugin (which can export Custom Post Types data) to export the user content and send it to him manually.
The data deletion user can do on his own from a page with [adverts_manage] shortcode.

i actually meant some export plugin not necessarily related to GDPR, i was thinking about the WP All Export plugin it can export custom post types data i am not sure only if it can export the data for a selected user only.
