    Hi there,

I’m looking for a way to add conditional checkboxes for terms of service and privacy policy opt in.

I saw your demos here https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/custom-fields-241/

But wasn’t sure what to do with the info, could you point me in the right direction?

On an aside, is there anything I should declare about the plugin in my legal docs i.e how is the user data used, transferred and kept secure? Any cookie action?

    Thanks for your help.

    Duan

The front page of that GitHub repository talks about what to do with the code:

    1) Cookies are used to remember user’s shopping carts. Cookies last one week.
    2) User data is transferred to your payment gateway, if you’re using one, and stored in your own site. Personally identifiable data stored by WordPress includes name, email, and shipping address, if provided. No financial data or digital footprint (e.g., IP address) is stored.
