    Hello,
    a great plugin – but it connects directly to Google’s servers without the user’s permission. This is prohibited by law (GDPR) in Europe. Is there a possibility, that the connection will be blocked until the user gives his consent (e.g. via a button)? TIA

    Hi,

    We do not have a built in feature for that.

    You will need to write a note on your website, similar to what you have for cookies, since it also uses cookie to store info about the selected language.
