Hello again, I’m back again from my solved topic: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/sccs-will-solve-a-gdpr-notice/

I locally hosted Google Fonts on my website and I also signed your contract for SCCs and uploaded in my profile. On the setting, I set cookies ‘Auto’ and added your shortcode in ‘Allow to add GDPR notice via shortcode’.

But the problem is GDPR checkbox didn’t show up in my website, and I went to some websites for GDPR Tester and got this bad results: https://ibb.co/PM4H1Mq , https://ibb.co/YBKPr2W

So what is the problem? Could you check into my website if it’s already complied with GDPR? Why my checkbox didn’t show up?

I’m very sorry for a such big topic and looking forward to your solution!

  • Hello, @dinaddd.

Please, tell me the following details:
    1. The link to the plugin your website forms are built with.
    2. The link to the tool for testing the GDPR compatibility. Is it this one? https://2gdpr.com/

We will test the CleanTalk Anti-Spam plugin based on your details.

    Good morning @serge00,

I’m happy to answer your questions:
    1. I don’t understand but if you talk about Theme, I use Divi Theme (https://www.elegantthemes.com/gallery/divi/). If not, where I get the link exactly?
    2. Yes, it’s this one and also this one too: https://www.cookiebot.com/

    Thank you so much

    1. Because we need to test the added GDPR checkbox on the website form. The option you mentioned “Allow to add GDPR notice via shortcode” works with contact forms.

Does the Divi theme have their own website forms? Maybe you use other plugins to create your website forms? Divi is a paid theme and I doubt we will purchase a WP theme just to test a checkbox.

    2. Okay, noted.

Ahah! Yes, I used your shortcode from the setting it gave me: [cleantalk_gdpr_form id=”FORM_ID”]

And no, Divi Theme never use their own forms/cookies. I checked into it. Before I used your, I used another plugin (https://ibb.co/LRX7zqQ), it’s already deactivated and their bar stopped showing up on my website.

    Thank you for the details.

I guess the plugin is this one:
    https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/cookie-notice/

Then we will do our tests for example on the Contact Form 7 and fix the option “Allow to add GDPR notice via shortcode”.

Please, wait up to 3 business days.

    (@dinaddd)

    Yes, it’s this plugin.

Thank you so much! Will be waiting…

    No problem!
    Please, wait.

Hello and thank you for waiting.

We have fixed the issue. Please, re-install the CleanTalk Anti-Spam from this archive:
    https://github.com/CleanTalk/wordpress-antispam/releases/download/fix-version/cleantalk-spam-protect.zip

    The update guide is here:

    Did it help?

    Good morning Serge,

Unfortunately no. I followed your update guide to re-install it and it still didn’t work. So I tried all over again with ‘Complete deactivation: Leave no trace in the system after deactivation’ and gave it few minutes and still not working.

Any solutions? Note: I have a plugin Contact Form 7

    Hello, @dinaddd
Please, tell me the following details:
    1) Have you cleared your website cache?
    2) Did you paste this shortcode without changes [cleantalk_gdpr_form id=”FORM_ID”]? Or did you insert your form ID?

    Thread Starter dinaddd

    (@dinaddd)

    Hello, @dimitrycleantalk

    1. Yes I did clean my website cache and reload my website. Still not working. I tired in my phone and my colleague’s computer.
    2. Yes, I used your shortcode: https://ibb.co/jJhwGhN

You need to insert your form ID into our shortcode [cleantalk_gdpr_form id=”Put here”].
Please, do that and let us know for the result.

    Thread Starter dinaddd

    (@dinaddd)

Okay, I can do that but where exactly I can get my form ID? I checked into plugin’s setting and my login account in website. I only saw Service # and License #
I tried both and not working.

    For Contact Form 7:
WordPress Admin Page —> Contact —> Contact Forms —> Find your web form —> See “Shortcode” Column —> Find your web form ID —> Put its ID in our shortcode.

Methods for other plugins may different, if you don’t see your form ID, please contact the plugin developer for it.

    Did it help?
