There is a way to achieve this however it does need some tricks.

First off all create a fake gender attribute:

Add a field mapping on the field mapping section where you map the above created attribute to Google’s g:gender field: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vyypnx6plyc2gm1/gender-2.png?dl=0

You then create a rule that populates the fake gender attribute based on values in your category name. In the example below I determined that the fake gender attribute becomes ‘Female’ when the category name has ‘girl’ in it:

Now reprocess the product feed and you’ll find that all products that are in a ‘girl’ category now have the g:gender = Female value:

Our plugin can only add all shipping costs in your feed or none. Showing only one, unfortunately, is not possible. In that case it, indeed, is best to configure your shipping costs in your merchant center directly.
