Thanks for your message. OptinMonster does not send any emails to your users. It is used to collect their email address and pass them on to your Integrated email service provider. You can view the list of Integrations. you can use here: https://optinmonster.com/categories/docs/integrations/

Many Email Service Providers allow you to get notified when someone gets added to your list so you can stay informed.

Aside from this, you can also store leads locally to manually export/import them to your email service provider by using Monster Leads: https://optinmonster.com/docs/connect-monster-leads-optinmonster/

It also lets you know when someone gets added to your email list.
