I tried using the link you shared to get to the screenshot, but it seems like it’s very inconvenient to get to the actual download page/link. Please use any image-sharing service like https://pasteboard.co/, https://snag.gy/, https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io/, or even upload the screenshot to your own website instead of that site.
Can you share a new screenshot please with a direct link to the file we can see, thank you.
PS: the sitemap_index.xml link works on my end and is fast, but it looks like it times out or the connection doesn’t work when trying to reach it using the Googlebot user agent, which you can test with https://httpstatus.io/. Please check with your web host if you block any (Google) user agents on the hosting level.

Thank you for the screenshots.
As previously said, I could reach and see your sitemaps just fine, but through the UserAgent GoogleBot, I was not, as you also see. Check with your site developer and/or web host to see if you are actually blocking Google, as when I check your site with a site: search, I can’t find one URL in the index either.
