General Popup?

Hi,

the idea of the plugin is great, thanks for it, but:
the opt-out link is normally at the “privacy” page – so far, so good.
But who is always visiting the “privacy” page (first)?

So it would be a great idea for an option, to set a pop-up where the user can opt-out as soon as he arrives at no matter what page.

And:
According to https://www.datenschutzbeauftragter-info.de/fachbeitraege/google-analytics-datenschutzkonform-einsetzen/ it will be necessary to give the user an opt-in when he arrives at your site.

Do you plan an update concerning this?
