General settings – default slug for plugin issue

Hi, after installing the Plugin, and trying to set it up, I’m getting this issue:

Rewrites not updated. Make sure all base slugs are unique and do not contain special characters (alphanumeric and dashes only).

Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.
