Can you login to the Admin area (dashboard)?

If you can login, then you should be able to view your email in settings.

You can change your admin email directly in the database. Via PHPMYADMIN, open your database and find the wp_options table. Replace the email address in the row with the key “admin_email”.

You’ll find PHPMYADMIN in your *hosting* control panel.
