• Hi,

Great plugin, thank you for all your work!

    Our issue:
When generating Critical CSS on our website, it seems that our custom CSS (entered in the Custom CSS tab of Beaver Builder’s customizer) is not being taken into account. I believe this behavior causes the initial look of page look awkward, despite entering addition values in the tuning tab’s Critical CSS Rules field.

    Is that indeed the case?
If so, is there a way to force the generator to include custom CSS?

Are there any plans to allow users to enter their own Critical CSS rules for each page separately?

Any help will be much appreciated.

After researching more, I realized that the additional css tab is not the place to put additional critical css (what can also create duplicates, among others) but the global settings are. Now it seems to work fine. Thank you.

Turns out it doesn’t work fine.

I put my own critical CSS in the global settings of Beaver Builder and indeed some of the rules (those related to the top bar) were detected by the generator as critical CSS worthy, but unfortunately, most of them were not. The critical rules that were not detected do get detected when using Jonas Ohlsson Aden’s free tool to generate CCSS. So unless I’m missing something, I assume that improvements to the generator could be made.

Hi @bestlecture, is it mean when you turn on Litespeed cache, the css you set on Beaver Builder will be disappeared?
