Generate new user in myPhpAdmin

While we were out this afternoon some of my sites were hacked bu “the Iraqi Diver” hacker. After some investigation I saw that he seems to target WordPress based sites.

My main site I now cannot log in to. I managed to rid the site of his stupid hacking message by replacing the themes with older versiions but the HORROR is that I now cannot login to the site.

I have completeley reinstalled a new installation and restored the database.

I have used the “tamba 2” method of changing the admin details through myphpadmin several times but it’s still not working so my next step is to try and create a new user from scratch in the MyPhpAdmin interface but i aint got a clue.

Any ideas?
