Generate post ID

Hi,

I’m coming back to you, because I have a new problem that I didn’t have before.
As I told you in the previous post, I use Permalink Manager to change the Arabic title of a product to Id to avoid having this kind of thing 88%D8%A7%D8%A6%D9%8A%D8%A9.
After several modifications in Permalink Settings of wordpress no change, I get the following link:

As you can see, the title in Arabic is still present.
Before reinstalling wordpress the Arabic title disappeared and Permalink Manager generated a title with numbers only.
