I defined my global colors in my theme via the option_generate_settings hook. It worked great, but I decided to change one of the colours to improve accessibility, so I changed the color code, but it’s not updating in the site. It’s still the old color, which I noticed is defined in <style id='generate-style-inline-css'>

Is there a way to update it? Is it a cache that will clear on it’s own?

    Thanks

    Hi there,

We can’t confirm if it’s a caching issue without inspecting the site. Is there a reason you’re not using the Colors settings in the Customizer to set the color?

I set the colors of things (headings, links, buttons, etc.) in the customizer, but to change the accent color from blue to our color pallete, I used the code I found on the documentation.

The code is for default color pallet, why not changing the color directly in the customizer > colors?

I guess I misunderstood how that worked. I’ll use the customizer.

    Thanks
