Generated shortcode undefined][/cfdb-html]

    Hi – on the Shortcode builder with one of my sites, I keep getting:

    Generated Short Code:
    undefined][/cfdb-html]

    With fully and correctly completed builder, that’s still what I get.

    Have been using product for 2 years. This has been a constant annoyance. Had it fixed once by completely, removing/reinstalling the plugin.

    It returned with one of the recent updates. Tried to fix the same way. Of course, no cache enabled and browser cache cleared. No luck this time.

    Unrelated: Following the most recent CFDB update 2.8.10, no results anymore for shortcode templates that included 1) mailto: links, 2) submit_time filters (both worked before 2.8.10).

    I can’t get the “undefined” in the short code builder. I thought I fixed that previously. Walk me through what you select to get that.

    I am pushing a new version 2.8.11 today. Please re-check if your issues still appear in that version. If they do, I need more specific information. Can you give me examples of what your short codes look like?
