generated tag in custom shortcode

Hello,

I purchased the Premium Plan ad now i need to add a generated <a href=".."></a> in a custom hook in the editor and need to avoid the $output is parsed stripping such html tags, is there any “hook” to this limitation? Or where can I edit this?
