The link you’ve added can only be viewed by logged-in users. We can’t check that out w/o the login credentials.

If so, Go to Dashboard > Appearance > Menu and remove the duplicate links added to the menu you’re using as the primary navigation.

Can you try disabling ALL plugins to check if it still occurs? Perhaps some plugins are adding this.

Uncheck the Auto add pages box first.
The menu items you added seem not valid, how did you add them?
Please also check dashboard > pages, see if you have duplicated home pages and shop pages.

Those are your posts that are using featured images. You can change the images by changing the featured images inside each post: https://docs.generatepress.com/article/adding-featured-images/
I means could not changing imagaes under edit pageclick and see red part

These images are automatically pulled from your latest post (featured image), you can’t manually change them.
If you don’t write posts/blog, then just simply delete them and create a new section yourself.
By the way, I assume you are using GP Premium, you are eligible to use GP’s premium support forum in which you can use the private info field to share your site info.
