    Hi. Is anyone of you on Reddit? I keep seeing questions being asked about the theme on there like this one. Perhaps someone can join and subscribe to be notified using keywords like ‘generatepress’ whenever someone mentions the theme.

    Hi there,

    no we don’t offer Support over Reddit. The issue there is a lot of users, as per the example you listed, are using GP Premium without a up to date license.

    As much we like helping every user there are two official methods of raising support.

    @diggeddy I am not saying you help them over there on Reddit. I am saying you do the same way you do here and ask them to open a support topic. I have directed many people with premium licenses to your support forum from various WP subreddits.

    @edge22 that would help. This is the second question in the past week I have stumbled upon from a GP user in that one subreddit. For inspiration, the guys over at The SEO Framework have done the same and they tend to comment on posts that mention their plugin.
