Hi! We recently had one other report of this (is that the one you found too?), which turned out to be because there was an external image (barcode) loaded from another website, bottlenecking the processes. Other than that we haven’t had any reports of slowness or experienced this in our testing.
Are you aware of any eternal images or something like that loaded into the PDF? Have you made any customizations to the templates?
Since you mentioned in another thread that you have a license for the Professional extension, I’d be happy to look further into this – after all, as a paying customer you’re entitled to priority support. Please send us an email at [email protected]. If you could provide us with temporary access to the site, that would help a lot!
