Generation failed for iOS app

Hi,
We initiated app generation for iOS but it is failing.
We provided all the necessary info and we believe all the info we provided is correct.
The login detail (Apple) we are sure are correct.
The Apple account application specific password, we generated a new one from our Apple account.
The Team Name and Team ID we copied from our Membership details in our Apple Developer account.
However, when we submitted and initiated the start the generation button, it loads for a couple of minutes and it failed with the below error:
