Ok problem one is related to my theme. Sorry for that.
Can you post a link to your website so I can see what you are seeing?
Also, if you let me know what theme you are using I will see if I can make the genre links work with it.
Thanks!
The problem of Genere, does not occur if I use the WordPress original themes.
I am using the same theme as your website – “Customizr”
Here is the link – http://www.mindyogi.com/books/
If you click any book, the single book shows the genre list down.
Example – http://www.mindyogi.com/book/sitting-still-like-a-frog-mindfulness-exercises-for-kids/
And then if I click example psychology – http://www.mindyogi.com/genre/psychology/
List comes in a strange way. But if I replace the word : genre -> mbdb_genres
For example : http://www.mindyogi.com/mbdb_genres/psychology/
Then it shows the list in proper way.
permalinks setting are – Post name.
Thank you for the information. I will look into this and see how to fix it.
I’ve isolated the issue. The Customizr theme does not use the standard WordPress hierarchy for posts and archives, so this is definitely a problem specific to this theme.
I have figured out to resolve this when using the Customizr theme, to show the books in the grid like it should be. ( Like this page -> http://www.demo.mooberrydreams.com/genre/romance/ )
This fix will be in the next release, hopefully within the next week.
Thanks!
version 1.1 has been released and solves this issue.
It works fine now. Excellent.
Great!
Thanks for reporting the issue!
