Looking for a way to import reviews in bulk scrapped from Etsy into ST. Could you please suggest a tool/procedure that would have proven to work well with ST and aid in the fields mapping and the managing of linked products and duplicates by some chosen criteria (e.g. custom fields like SKU, product_id, etc.). Thanks.

Thank you for reaching out to us!

Unfortunately this is not an option the plugin has however you should be able import testimonials from a csv file.
Here’s a sample import file in CSV format:

Please keep in mind that importing can be tricky. It may take much trial and error.
You can try this plugin:

Or Really Simple CSV Importer. It should work despite not being updated recently.

Thank you @beatrice12 for the comprehensive answer! I’m aware importing is tricky hence my inquiry of the best way to approach it with ST. With the sample, suggested tools, and some trial and error, I believe to get the job done. Thanks again.
