Installed Jetpack CRM on a test site, and an overnight scan from my web host has flagged up the file ZeroBSCRM.AJAX.php as mailware, (generic.mailer.27). Probably something use should look at and sort.

Sounds like a false positive; as a CRM, we definitely do have functions that allow you to send mail. Are there any details you have as to what scanner was used or what generic.mailer.27 claims to be?

This was resolved in 4.0.1.
