geocoding for existing marker table

Hello,
during import of markers the geocoding is done automatically. But I do not use the import option, I edit the marker table directly with mySQL. The background is, that I generate the marker table with one click from my offline Access database.
Is it possible to do the geocoding for such an existing marker table afterwards? The address field is set of course.
