• Hello,

I installed your plugin yesterday and it works great on desktop browsers!

But, on my cell phone the automatic location does not work. When I click the “search icon”, I get the following message: “This application does not have permission to use the geolocation API.”

My website is https and the APIs are working properly. I checked your demo site on my phone and got the same error message.

Another small problem is: The “Street View” symbol (this yellow man) is missing. There is an empty field on my website.

It would be great if you could help me with that!

Thanks in advance. Best Regards Fab

Sorry for not responding to your post before, clearly missed it.

The geolocation works fine for me, so it’s likely an configuration thing on your phone. Maybe you last time accidentally denied the request, and the browser remembered that choice. You can check this in the browser / device configuration.

I don’t see an empty icon field, but if only the street view one is missing, then it’s likely due to a CSS rule from your theme / other plugin that breaks it.

    Hello,

    thanks for your reply!

You are right the geolocation is working fine, i must have missed that, sorry. However, if you click the “Google Maps Direction Icon”, the warning text will still appear. Can I do something about it?

This is the icon, that I am talking about:

    Thanks in advance. Best Regards,
