Geolocation feature problem

Hello, I’m a user of the “Pro” version but have no luck trying to send an email to the provided support address (I get an error message that the recipient domain cannot be found?).
When I activate the geolocation feature, my error_log runs full, stating that the geoip database cannot be found.
I’m suspecting that my Cloudflare Web Application Firewall might be interfering, can you tell me what I need to look for and how the plugin will attempt to retrieve the geoip database?
