Does the free version actually change the price or do I need the paid version for this to work?

Tried everything. Test mode, TunnelBear, wcpbc-manual-country=ES URL string, etc but no price changes on the front end.

Thanks, this was user error on my part. I did not see the “General options | Pricing zones” navigation above the “General Options” headline. In my defense, the Zone Pricing nav is really small text and gets lost in the view.
