GeoLocations Plugin Syntax Error

I get the following error when I try to activate the geolocations plugin:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING, expecting T_CONSTANT_ENCAPSED_STRING or '(' in [WP folder]/wp-content/plugins/thirstyaffiliates-geolocations/thirstyaffiliates-geolocations.php on line 21
