German language descriptions

Hi,

I am in the process of setting up a new page with sportpress and the sportix theme. I have created a page for one of our teams (see link). Below the team I have added the coaches with their nationality and current teams displayed. Is there a way to get those two displayed in German, so instead of nationality it would say Herkunft?
