    everytime someone opens a ticket, he gets 2 E-Mails:
    First the pre-defined one and then my customized E-Mail. This is not so nice. Can you help me please?

    Hi,

    You can edit JS Support Ticket emails in email template area.
    Admin > JS Support Ticket > Email Templates.

    You can manage email config in
    Admin > JS Support Ticket > Configurations > Mail Settings.

    Hi,

    Yes i edited the E-Mail template. But everytime the old one (standard mail) AND the customized one are send. (If it helps, I’m using wordpress in german).
