    Hello,

    that’s an unusual issue. It’s kind of difficult to know what can be happening without seeing the error or the server logs.

    You can try the following. Go to the plugin’s admin page, and then to:

    Advanced > General > Templates > Flag template

    Locate and remove the following code from the field, simply delete this part from the field:

    href="javascript:;"
    

    Some hosting providers have security rules against this.

    Test it and let me know.
