Get an error in shortcode forms

    Hi

    I have added the shortcodes to privacy police to close account, modify data, download, etc. When i submit the forms i get an error always and i think this issue before don´t happen.

    Could you help me?

    Are you using any plugins that might alter the sending of mail from your server?

    Yes, i have used the WP SMTP plugin. When i have deactivated works fine
