Get error on Page Optimization

Hi,

When I open page optimization, I get this notification:

Cloud Error: Please try after 4m 28s for service d/dash. (Screenshot)

What is this problem? How can I fix it?

@nttm99 please send a report to LiteSpeed and share the ID generated.
This can be done from LSC => Toolbox => Report

Please do the following steps:
– add this code in theme functions.php and run it once. Code:
!class_exists('\LiteSpeed\Cloud') || \LiteSpeed\Cloud::save_summary(['disabled_node' => [], 'err_domains' => []]);
– please review the IP from: https://docs.litespeedtech.com/lscache/lscwp/general/#server-ip and make sure is the right one
– also check the IP from QC Settings: https://docs.quic.cloud/troubleshooting/imageopt/#incorrect-server-ip

Hi,

About Server IP:
- When I check with IPFighter it shows my IP is 222.252.20.114 https://i.imgur.com/kuaA9nw.png
- But when I check from CyberPanel.sh (as linked) then it show my Server IP is 14.225.211.242 https://i.imgur.com/yW0pGMi.png
- Also, when I check on Quic.cloud > Settings, then my Server IP show 103.200.23.179 https://i.imgur.com/CEoyr07.png
What should I choose?

Please do not share your IP’s, we do not require that.

Easiest way to get server IP is to look into your hosting panel OR emails that you get whe you registered your server/account

I set to the right server IP.

The error notification has disappeared. Does that mean this problem is solved?

You can check activity of CCSS and UCSS in QC account => Page optimization section
If the notice dissapears, should be ok.
