Get Fatal error when reinstalling

    I am using this plug in on a WordPress network installation and activated it for one subdomain. A subdomain admin deactivated it, and now I cannot reinstall. I get this error:

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare create_table_contact_bank_forms() (previously declared in …./wp-content/plugins/contact-bank/lib/install-script.php:20) in …./wp-content/plugins/contact-bank/lib/install-script.php on line 19

    I did go in and manually remove all tables wp_cb_*** from the database, but still getting the same error.

    Any clues as to how to get it going again. The parents club who uses the for really wants it going again.

    We have released Version 3.0.0 and this problem has been addressed in the latest release.

    So, kindly update to the latest edition and this will be fixed automatically.
