Get .htaccess rules to execute before WordPress?

    How do I Get .htaccess rules to execute before WordPress ones? Because I get 404 because WordPress seems to override any of my RewriteRules.

    I have several rules set before the WP rules and they execute fine.
    What are you trying to do that must be conflicting?
