Get Old User after Switching

I would like to know who the ‘old user’ was after switching so I can run some conditional to exclude some parts of the site if the ‘new user’ was switched to from the ‘old user’ (old user is Administrator).

I know you add a ‘switch back’ link to the wp_footer but I’m can’t find a hook to see who switched.

Is this possible?
