Get Page Title

Hi.

Is there a way to get the page title of the page and paste it automatically to the next page where the contact form is located?

This is how our website is structured:

domain.com/golden-archer-apartment (we want to get the page title of this page)

domain.com/all-apartment-inquiry (then automatically paste the page title of the first page where people inquired coz we don’t want them to remember the apartment info they were looking for. We tried popping-out the contact form but most of our customers contacted us that it was a hassle on their part.)
