Get post title from url

    Is it possible to dynamically populate the form using the url for the page it’s on? I’d like to generate the post title by adding a querystring to the url…

    e.g.
    ?mytitle

    So that I can restrict post creation titles.

    (I’m embedding WordPress in another website and user created content is a feature I’m trying to add without having them use the WP admin)
